Return Policy

1. General Policy

We follow a strict no-return policy.

However, exceptions may be made in the following situations:

  • The order was received in damaged condition
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • Items are missing from the order

In such cases, you may choose between a refund or replacement, depending on availability.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or refunds are not accepted if:

  • The item has been used
  • The item was customized or made to order

3. Reporting an Issue

To report any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Packaging photos, if available

4. Refund Process

Once refunds approved amount will be credited to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

5. Replacement Process

If a replacement is preferred:

  • Once approved, the replacement/exchange product will be shipped and delivered to you within 6 to 7 working days (Subject to availability).
  • No additional charges will apply for the replacement
  • In some cases, we may request the return of the original item. Pickup or return instructions will be provided, if needed.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
